Established in 1998, Capital Assurance Group provides title insurance, settlement services, loan disbursements, escrow services and title clearing throughout all of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Florida. Capital Assurance Group has quickly established
itself as the preferred title insurance agency and settlement
services provider in our geographic market. Our ability to
offer quick response and resolution of complex title issues
and efficient closing and escrow services has allowed us to
set ourselves apart from other agencies. Through accessibility
and a focused target market, Capital addresses the service
