We will review the mortgage upon request to determine that this document has
been accurately prepared. A bringdown search will then be completed to insure
that no changes have occurred in the deed or lien information contained in
our original report.
We will then record the mortgage and notify your office
either by phone or transmitted message that the mortgage
has been recorded.
